When you request a quote through our lead form, including Meta Instant Forms on Facebook and Instagram, we collect:

• Your property's city or ZIP code
• What you need photographed (photos, video, or both)
• When you need the shoot

When you book a session, contact us, or buy a print:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Session details
• Your shipping address for print orders
• Any message you send us

How we use your information

We use this information only to contact you about your inquiry, prepare your quote, and schedule your shoot. We also use it to process and ship print orders and to send receipts. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Sharing of information

Your form submissions may be processed by Meta Platforms, Inc., which provides the lead form technology. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. Print orders are fulfilled by our print lab. These providers only receive what they need to do their job. We do not share your information with any other third parties, except as required by law.

Data retention

We keep your inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Contact below).
